Let’s talkSee the work

You have the vision. You need the person who makes it happen.

Work with me on a single project or an ongoing retainer.

Producing & co-creating

For artists, makers, founders, and organizations with a show, launch, or event in the works. I bring the plan, the hands-on execution, and a growing network of artists, vendors, and venues, so the vision comes together the way you intended.

  • Exhibitions, events, and activations, start to finish
  • Creative direction support and vendor coordination
  • Sponsorship and partnership support

Fractional operations & project management

For studios, agencies, organizations, and growing teams that need steady support without a new hire. I plug in wherever you need me, from project management to program design to day-to-day operations, so you can stay focused on what you do best.

  • Project management: timelines, vendors, and coordination
  • Programs, grants, mentorships, and membership initiatives
  • Workflows, tools, and systems that last

Earlier highlightsWeddings, brand launches, and where it all started

4+ years of weddings with Created Lovely Events, brand transformations where I supported naming, identity, websites, and launches, and cross-country projects coordinating dozens of vendors and collaborators. About

Hi, I’m Tyshaya (she/her). I’m an event producer and project and operations manager specializing in creative work, coordination, systems, and organizational transformation. I’ve supported creatives, nonprofits, creative teams, and growing organizations across North America, and I care deeply about making work feel sustainable, collaborative, and possible.

I believe good structure should feel grounding, not controlling. The best projects happen when people feel confident and supported.
